You will be guided through exercises that examine your habitual way of thinking and how this has an enormous impact on how you feel and what you experience in your life. You will be guided towards strategies to break your negative thinking patterns and turn them into positive, life-giving ones. At this moment, you may be frustrated or confused about why you don’t have more abundance in the areas of your life where it matters most. It may be in the area of joy, relationships, money, peace of mind, health and well-being. This retreat will inspire you to move towards a more abundant lifestyle of your choice. ...with the Creation of Your Personal Abundance DollDoll-making is an ancient creative form that touches the souls of women. The making of your Abundance Doll is an act of delicious connection. In the spirit of being abundant, you will tap into your essence and your doll will give you insight into what you most desire. Plenty of materials are provided, and please bring anything you’d like to include on your doll - ribbons, fabrics, buttons, charms, beads. And, no particular craft or sewing expertise is needed for you to be successful. Your hands will know what to do.
